Jetty is a Mac app that adds up to four extra docks to the edges of your screen, or floating anywhere, each with tabs of one-click tiles for apps, files, folders, websites and Shortcuts; it is a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store.

Product
Name
Jetty (App Store: “Jetty - Floating Dock Launcher” in the US, “Jetty - Dock-Starter” in Germany)
Each bar is pinned to the top, bottom, left or right edge and aligned to the start, centre or end of it (12 positions). Two pinned bars can't share a position. New bars start on the top edge.
Floating
The lock button unlocks a bar so you can drag it anywhere; locking it again snaps it to the nearest edge.
Tabs
Every bar has tabs; the tab strip shows when a bar has more than one. Right-click a tab to rename or remove it.
Tiles
Apps, files, folders, websites (URLs) and Shortcuts (runs a named shortcut from Apple's Shortcuts app). Add with Add Tile or by dragging from Finder; drag tiles to reorder; right-click for Edit Tile, Reset Icon, Remove.
Folder tiles
Open a popup listing the folder's contents; click an item to open it.
Icons and labels
The app's own icon, any SF Symbol or an emoji; a custom label per tile; labels on or off per bar.
Layout
1 to 6 rows (top and bottom bars) or columns (side bars); tile size Small, Medium or Large (40, 56 or 72 points).
Auto-hide
Per bar. The bar fades when the pointer moves away; bring it back from Jetty's menu-bar item or by clicking Jetty's Dock icon.
Spaces
Bars float above normal windows and stay on screen when you switch desktops (Spaces).
Menu-bar item
Lists your bars (show or hide, edit, delete), New Dock, Settings and Quit. Jetty also shows a regular Dock icon.
Settings
Launch at login; defaults for new bars (tile size, columns, labels, auto-hide); bars manager; Reset All Docks.
Look
Liquid Glass on macOS 26 Tahoe; translucent material on macOS 14 and 15.
What Jetty does not do
Bars are placed on the main display only; there are no per-display bars.
There is no keyboard shortcut you can set to show or hide a bar.
Bars do not appear when you move the pointer to a screen edge.
Tile icons can't be your own image files (app icon, SF Symbol or emoji only).
No window previews, no list of open windows, no running-app indicators.
No search: Jetty is click-to-launch, not a keyboard launcher.
Not an all-apps grid: Jetty shows the tiles you add.
Jetty does not move, hide or change the macOS Dock.
No widgets, no recent-files list, no sync between Macs.
